I thought it was actually funny the degree of disrespect the business owner replies to complaints in google maps, even if the person who wrote the review was polite. You can go to its profile and check by yourself, nowadays google maps allows a pretty good translation.

Funny thing is which he likes to make the person who complained angry, so the victim update its review with not so polite words (understandably) and he in turn report the review to google maps and funny thing: Google complies without really knowing what is going on or looking at other ratings saying the same, because google cares for business, not for you as a user, even if it is you with your review data which made google maps an useful tool. Also, there is not button for you as a user to report a business. I will write other post about Google maps later.
