Interwhaoの裏面/The truth about Interwhao

Interwhao is a real state company recommended if I recall right (it was long ago to clearly remember), by gogonihon (a service I cannot recommend, details in other post). For moving in, they helped with the electricity and water contract. My surprise was when leaving however, they gave no support whatsoever, and the West residence manager even said to me "With 1 year of japan you should be able to do contract by yourself", when most only start feeling comfortable with the Japanese language after year 2. This person advertised himself as someone who "travelled abroad, and understood the student needs", however his reply when leaving revealed the truth. I said I had autism, and I did not liked the way he said "have you?". Later he decided to do a "favor" and help with the moving out procedures, but it was too late, even if very difficult for my japanese level back then, I did it all myself. Japanese study japanese 12 years of their lives, and as for English, most cannot really speak it. To put it plainly, it was yet another company which give their support only for people coming in, but for people coming out their promises become void. The person who presented me the room was also rude, when I questioned the unstable water temperature, he said "is this still hot for you?!", and I had to explain (?!), me who was paying 70000yen a month, which each person have different perceptions of temperature, what is comfortable for him was not for me. The manager also said about how the "modern water temperature control you speak of is rare", but what was my surprise in far away Sapporo to see it in many places...
